My approach to counseling is holistic, integrating mind, body and spirit. My foundation is in depth psychology and based on the belief that we are all capable of healing. With the right environment, guidance, and willingness to reflect on ourselves honestly, we can move towards individuation, or becoming whole. Common in this type of work is the use of symbols, dreamwork, and shadow work.
Additionally, I have training in sand tray therapy and somatic therapies, both of which offer effective and alternative approaches to processing deeper ingrained core issues and trauma.
